Shipping Costs
At Short Supply, we aim to make it as easy and low-risk as possible for you to try clothing that truly fits. While we are not yet able to offer free shipping or returns, we keep our shipping rates fair and reasonable to lower the barrier for our customers across Europe.
Return Shipping Costs
Currently, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, we’re working toward offering free shipping and returns for selected EU countries in the future, once our scale allows it.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines, not guarantees. Shipping delays due to carrier issues are outside of our control. That said, every order includes Track & Trace, allowing you to follow your package in real-time.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Short Supply is not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information. Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result will be charged to the customer.
Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered (e.g., the customer was unavailable or did not pick it up in time), the cost of resending the package will be the customer’s responsibility.
Duties & Taxes (Non-EU)
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, no VAT will be charged. Goods are shipped with 0% VAT. However, import duties, taxes and administrative fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs vary by country and are not included at checkout.
Import charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Since we have no insight into country-specific customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
