RETURNS
What is your return period?
At Short Supply, you can return your order within 14 days at your own expense. This means you have 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your order, to request a return.
Products marked as "final sale" may be exchanged for a different size of the same item if available, but are otherwise not eligible for return.

Are there any return costs?
At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to offer free returns for our customers.
This means return shipping costs (including any applicable duties or associated fees) are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary depending on the rates of your local courier service. We recommend checking with your local carrier for the most accurate pricing and return options.

How do I return an item?
To start the return process, please visit our Return Portal. You can enter your order number there and begin the return process.
Please make sure to choose a shipping method with Track & Trace. Short Supply is not responsible for lost returns that are sent without tracking.
Returns which have not been submitted through our Return Portal will not be processed.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible at this stage. The fastest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order and return the other item to us.

How does the refund process work after a return?
Once we've received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you can choose to receive your refund as a Short Supply Gift Card.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@shortsupply.eu.

SIZE ADVICE
How do I quickly find my size?
You can quickly find your size by checking the Size Chart located just above the size selector on the product page.

How do I measure my pants inseam?
To find your inseam, take a well-fitting pair of pants and lay them flat on a surface. Starting at the crotch seam, measure along the inside leg seam all the way down to the bottom hem. Be sure to follow the natural curve of the fabric—don’t measure in a straight line. The result is your true inseam length.
For European customers: inseam lengths are typically listed in inches. To convert from centimeters to inches, simply divide the number of centimeters by 2.54.
How do I measure waist on pants for men?
Your waist size with Short Supply will likely match the size you wear in other brands. To measure the waist on a pair of pants, button them up and lay them flat. Measure straight across the waistband from one side to the other. Then, multiply that number by two — that’s your waist measurement in inches.
For European customers: to convert from centimeters to inches, simply divide the number of centimeters by 2.54.
Why not just take my clothes to the tailor?
Finding the perfect fit shouldn’t cost you time and money. Going to the tailor for every shirt, pant, or jacket just to make it wearable? We’ve been there. Alterations are pricey and time-consuming, and even then, tailors can’t fix details like pocket placement or collar proportions. At Short Supply, we design clothes that fit right straight out of the box. No tailor needed. Save your money, skip the hassle and get your time back.

Where can I buy Short Supply clothing?
Short Supply clothing is only available through our webshop. We currently do not have a physical store or showroom.
Please note: Our address in Nijmegen is for office use only.
I'm looking for a specific model, but I can't find it in the webshop. Will it be restocked?
We update our collection several times a year. This means that certain products may return in an improved version, sometimes under a new name.
What should I do if the item I received doesn't match the length I ordered?
At Short Supply, every item is unique. Due to the nature of our production process, slight variations in length and width may occasionally occur. While we do everything we can to minimize shrinkage and ensure consistency, small differences between items are sometimes unavoidable.
If you notice that the item you received differs significantly from the expected length, we’re here to help. Your satisfaction matters to us, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Does Short Supply offer clothing for women as well?
Not at the moment. Short Supply is currently an exclusive menswear brand with a special focus on shorter men. However, we may expand our offering to include clothing for shorter women in the future.
Where can I find information about customer reviews?
You can find customer reviews directly on each product page. Just scroll down to the “Customer Reviews” section underneath the product details. These reviews are specific to the item you're viewing, so you get real insights from other customers who have purchased the same product.
We use Judge.me to collect and display our reviews. Judge.me is a trusted third-party review platform that helps ensure authenticity and transparency. Only verified customers who have actually placed an order can leave a review, which means you’re seeing genuine feedback based on real experiences. What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Paying with iDEAL
iDEAL allows you to pay quickly, safely and easily online using your bank’s mobile app or online banking environment. You can use iDEAL if you have internet banking with one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq Bank, ING, Knab Bank, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot, Svenska Handelsbanken or Revolut.

Paying with EPS
EPS is a popular online payment method in Austria that allows you to pay safely and directly via your bank’s online banking system. When you select EPS at checkout, you’ll be redirected to your bank’s environment to approve the transaction.

Paying with Bancontact
Bancontact is a trusted payment method in Belgium that allows you to pay quickly and securely via your own bank. Whether using your physical card or the Bancontact app, you can complete your purchase easily with your bank's authentication.

Paying with BLIK
BLIK is a fast and secure payment method used widely in Poland. To pay with BLIK, simply enter the six-digit code generated in your mobile banking app at checkout and confirm the payment in your app.

Paying with Credit Card
At Short Supply, you can easily and securely pay with a credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, Postepay and Cartes Bancaires.
To better protect our customers, you may be prompted to complete a 3D Secure verification step during checkout. This depends on your bank. In some cases, you may be asked to enter a password or security code sent to you via email or SMS.

Returning products paid for with your credit card? Once we’ve processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card account.
Paying with PayPal
When you choose to pay with PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website during checkout. Simply log in and confirm your payment. New PayPal users can sign up as a guest or create a PayPal account to complete the transaction.

Returning products paid for via PayPal? Once we’ve processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. From there, you can choose to transfer the refunded amount to your linked bank account via your PayPal settings.
Paying with Shop Pay
Shop Pay is a secure and fast payment option that lets you save your details for quicker checkout in the future. Available for all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay ensures a smooth and secure experience, especially for repeat purchases.

If you’ve used Shop Pay, the refund will be returned to the original payment method once we’ve processed your return.
Paying with Apple Pay
To use Apple Pay at checkout, you need to be signed in to your iCloud account and have a debit card, credit card or prepaid card added to your Wallet.

Paying with Google Pay
Google Pay allows you to check out quickly using your saved cards from your Google account. It's fast, easy and encrypted for security. Just select Google Pay at checkout and confirm the payment.

Paying with SEPA Bank Transfer
With SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) Bank Transfer, you can transfer the payment directly from your bank account. This method is available across Europe and is ideal for customers who prefer traditional bank transfers. Please note that processing may take a few business days.

After processing your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount to the same bank account used for the transfer.
Paying with Klarna
Klarna offers flexibility at checkout. Choose "Pay Now" to pay immediately via your bank account, or "Pay Later in 30 Days" to complete your payment after receiving your order. There are no extra fees if you pay on time.
How does the refund process work after a return?
Once your return is processed, Klarna will update your invoice or refund the paid amount to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation from Klarna with the updated status.
How do I use my discount code?
You can enter your discount code on the order summary page. Click on your shopping cart while browsing, then proceed to 'Checkout'. On the next screen, you’ll see a field labeled ‘Discount code’.
Enter your code there and click ‘Apply’. The discount will be automatically calculated and applied to your total.

Shipping costs for countries within the EU
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer free shipping to our customers. Once circumstances allow, we plan to introduce free shipping in selected European countries. For now, we apply a standard shipping rate of € 4,95 to € 7,95 for countries within the EU (excluding Cyprus and Malta).

Please note: import duties, taxes and administrative fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs vary by country and are not included at checkout. Import charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Since we have no insight into country-specific customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
What is the delivery time for my order?

Is my order shipped as mailbox mail or a package?
Unfortunately, shipping as a mailbox-sized parcel is not possible in most countries due to strict requirements set by our carriers. That’s why your order will be shipped as a standard parcel with Track & Trace, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.
