Return Policy

Returns

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your order, to request a return. Once your return request has been submitted, you have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • To start the return process, please visit our Return Portal.
  • We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We also reserve the right to refuse returns of worn items, or charge restocking fees of up to 35% of original purchase price if items have not been returned in their original condition and packaging, or for what we deem to be excessive returns, or abuse of our return policy.
  • We are not responsible for any items lost during returns shipping.
  • Shipping charges are always non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Products marked as "final sale" may be exchanged for a different size of the same item if available, but are otherwise not eligible for return.
  • Items returned showing clear signs of wear will be refused and will not be sent back.
  • Returns which have not been submitted through our Return Portal will not be processed.

Exchanges

  • Direct exchange of an item is unfortunately not possible. The fastest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order and return the other one to us.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages and issues must be handled within the 14-day return window.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without a justification. This 14-day period starts on the day after you receive your order. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

  • Once we've received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you can choose to receive your refund as a Short Supply Gift Card.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@shortsupply.eu
